Events typically sell out early. Reservations will be honored in the order of payment received. Those payments received early will receive priority. Payments must be received in advance.

The deadline for payments is the Thursday before each event. $45.00 payments may be accepted at the door only if room permits.

Please register early to avoid disappointment. Space is limited!

Cost of each event is $35.00, all inclusive (tax and tip).

Event includes an assortment of hot and cold hors d'oeuvres, wine, and soft drinks. A display table offers an opportunity to disseminate brochures and promotional materials.

Return / Refund policy
If you are not able to attend a meeting and you do not cancel
you may not receive a credit.

If you are not able to attend a meeting and you are able to cancel the Friday before the event you will receive a full refund via your original method of payment.
