Debbie Kane

Debbie Kane, resident of Narragansett, RI since 1978. 1976 graduate of the former Barrington College, Barrington RI, Bachelor of Music in Music Education. Married for 25 years, I have one daughter, 3 cats and a dog. Sales Representative employed by United Printing, Inc. in Warwick RI since 1978.Currently, serving as Pipe Major of the Rhode Island Highlanders Pipe Band. I have been a piper with the Band since 1977. I teach bagpipes as well. I am also one of the Business Managers for the Band responsible for contracting for parades, events and coordinating the details for the Pipe Band Competitions that the Band attends.

While my daughter was in school I was also involved with the Narragansett Little League Girls Softball where I coached for 9 years, was team manager for 3 years and served on the Board of Directors for 3 years. I was also one of the assistant Varsity Softball coaches at the Prout School in Wakefield, RI from 1999 - 2001.
